1. What makes our ENF grade boards unique?
Our ENF grade boards are medical-grade and offer exceptional benefits, including being antibacterial (up to 99.9%), having ultra-low formaldehyde emissions (<0.025 mg/m³), and featuring premium wood grain textures. These boards are crafted with high-quality timber panels and finished using German-imported edge banding technology for superior durability and aesthetics.
2. Are our products eco-friendly or family friendly?
Yes, most of our products are made using ENF Zero Formaldehyde boards, which are environmentally friendly, safe for indoor use, and contribute to healthier living spaces, especially safe for elderly, babies and preggies.
3. How do we price our built-in cabinets?
We use a modular pricing system instead of quoting prices per foot run. If you provide us with a floor plan, we’ll be happy to offer a free consultation with a design proposal and quotation tailored to your needs.
4. Why is full payment required before delivery?
Since all our products are custom-made to meet each customer’s specific requirements, they cannot be reused for other customer's need. Additionally, accessories, hardware and boards must be purchased before production begins. For these reasons, we require upto 90% payment upon installation.
5. Can I get a quotation now if my house will only be ready in a few years?
Yes, we can provide a quotation in advance. However, please note that the quoted price is subject to change until the actual purchase date, as unforeseen circumstances may affect the final cost.
6. What materials are used for your kitchen cabinets?
Our kitchen cabinets are made from Zero Formaldehyde water-resistant particle boards, which are durable and moisture-resistant. For table tops, we offer three main options: Quartz Stone, Solid Surface, and Compact Top.
7. Can Sunpina Malaysia dismantle my existing cabinets?
Yes, we can dismantle and dispose of your existing cabinets if you purchase new ones from us. This service is available for an additional fee. However, we do not offer standalone dismantling services. For such needs, we recommend hiring professionals who specialize in cabinet removal and disposal.
8. How long does it take to complete a built-in cabinet?
The production and installation of a built-in cabinet typically take 1 to 1.5 months, depending on the size and design. Each component—such as the carcass, door panels, and worktops—is custom-made to order, which accounts for the specified timeline.
9. Are your cabinets suitable for outdoor or semi-outdoor use?
Unfortunately, our cabinets are not designed for outdoor or semi-outdoor areas. As they are made from timber-based materials, exposure to outdoor elements may lead to deterioration and compromise their structural integrity.
10. Where do your quartz stones come from?
Our quartz stones are sourced from various regions, including Europe, the US, and Asia.
11. Do your built-in cabinets and accessories come with a warranty?

12. Can you install third-party appliances and accessories?
Yes, we can assist with the installation of third-party appliances and accessories for an additional fee. To ensure a smooth process, please provide us with the specifications in advance.
