Welcome to our warranty page. Below are the terms and conditions governing the warranty for our products and services. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Warranty Terms
The warranty provided by our company applies to manufacturing defects and covers workmanship, cabinet parts, mechanisms. The warranty rights are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
Here's the Product and the respective Warranty Terms:
- Kitchen Cabinet: 1 year warrana
- Imported Hinges: Lifetime warranty
- Cabinet Drawer: 5 years warranty
- Wardrobes: 1 year warranty
- Wardrobe Drawer: 5 years warranty
- Soft Close Hinges: Lifetime warranty
To claim warranty services, customers must present the original proof of purchase documents (Invoice & Official Receipt).
2. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following circumstances, even during the warranty period:
- Defects reported after one (1) month of the installation date for materials such as doors and table tops.
- Defects caused by fire, lightning, negligence, electrical disturbances, accidents, natural disasters, or improper installation.
- Defects caused by household pests, pets, or chemical reactions.
- Defects due to excessive heat, dust, corrosive or humid surroundings (e.g., cement factories, animal farms, uphill areas).
- Defects caused by leaking issues from piping, water taps, sinks, air-conditioners, or outdoor rain.
- Defects on products that have been repaired, modified, or dismantled by unauthorized personnel.
3. Warranty Decision
Decisions made by our company regarding complaints related to defects in workmanship or materials shall be final and conclusive. We shall not be held responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing our products, you accept this statement and release our company and its owners from any liability.
4. Additional Charges and Refusals
Our company reserves the right to impose additional charges or refuse service for products installed in locations that are inaccessible or hazardous to our service team.
5. Warranty Periods
- Renovation work: 3 months
- Carpentry fabricated items: 1 month
Defects must be reported in writing during the site inspection upon handover. This warranty does not apply to work subjected to accidents, misuse, or abuse after completion.
6. Payment and Confidentiality
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms on signed Bill of Quantity. Drawings and other confidential information will only be issued progressively upon receipt of payments.
