Desa ParkCity homes tend to be bought by families who intend to stay, and that changes what matters in the cabinetry. Over ten or fifteen years, the board a wardrobe is made from stops being a specification and becomes the air in a bedroom.

What we build
Sunpina is a cabinet maker, not a general renovation contractor. The work is built-in joinery, designed as one package rather than room by room:

Why the board grade matters more here
Desa ParkCity is a family neighbourhood. Children, grandparents and pets spend most of their day indoors, in rooms lined with cabinetry.
Standard E1 board — the Malaysian default, and what most quotations quietly assume — is permitted to release up to 0.124 mg/m³ of formaldehyde. It does so slowly, for years. The familiar advice to air out a newly renovated home for a few weeks is an acknowledgement of exactly this.
ENF board is capped at 0.025 mg/m³, roughly five times stricter than E1 and half the limit of E0 board. There is no chemical smell on handover day and no airing-out period. Sunpina builds in ENF only, on every job, with silver-ion antibacterial coating and PUR edge banding that seals each board edge against Malaysian humidity.

No. Sunpina is a custom cabinet maker specialising in built-in joinery, and works alongside homeowners’ own interior designers and contractors. We provide 3D design proposals for the cabinetry itself.
How long does the work take?
Typically 1 to 1.5 months from confirmation to installation. Every carcass, door panel and worktop is made to order, so the timeline is set by manufacturing rather than installation.
Can I see the material before deciding?
Yes, and it is the point of the showroom visit. The Sunpina showroom is at iN Design Lab, Level 2, KL Eco City Mall in Bangsar. Visits are free, run about 45 minutes as a guided tour, and are by appointment.
